We formulated our matte paste around the pure fact that we could not find a product that held all day. Didn't leave hair greasy, and didn't cause product breakdown when restyling.

Should I style my hair wet or dry?

Either. Our products are designed to work with wet or dry hair. Applying to wet hair is going to give you a softer look. As the moisture dries the product will lock the hair to style. Applying to dry hair will achieve the fastest results with a firm style off the get go.
